If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30 days of the sale date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.
Returns & Exchanges
BALLL IN THE 6 accepts any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returns are accepted within 30 business days of the original transaction. You can choose to exchange the item or receive an online store credit from the return to put towards a new purchase.
Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. BALL IN THE 6 is not responsible for shipping, handling, or additional charges for returned items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. Under no circumstances can any sale items be returned or exchanged for any reason.
